Effective from June 22, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website karnatakalswelfare@gmail.com ("Website") and the services offered by KLS Advisory Services LLP (LLPIN: ACO-1749), a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its registered office at Property No. 1302/8 (PID: 151200104900101312), Santhebennur, Channagiri, Davanagere, Karnataka — 577 552, India (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing this Website, registering as a member, booking a service, hiring equipment, enrolling in a course, or making any payment to the Company, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
1. About the Company
KLS Advisory Services LLP is a consortium of civil engineers, surveyors, draughtsmen and consultants engaged in the following lawful business activities:
- Civil engineering and surveying consultancy
- Cadastral, layout, topographic and DGPS surveys
- Layout planning and building plan approval services
- Hire of surveying equipment (including DGPS, total stations) to members
- Training courses in surveying, planning and allied technical subjects
- Document compilation and revenue records consultancy
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Such modifications shall be effective from the date of posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Website or avail of our services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Membership
4.1 Application and Approval
Membership of the Company is granted at the sole discretion of the Company upon receipt of a duly completed application, verification of identity documents (including Aadhaar), and successful payment of the membership fees. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
4.2 Membership Fee
The one-time membership consideration is ₹1,500.00, comprising:
- Share value of ₹1,000.00 (refundable as per Clause 4.5)
- Membership fee of ₹250.00 (non-refundable)
- Processing charge of ₹21.19 plus applicable CGST and SGST
The Company reserves the right to revise the membership fees and share value from time to time. Any revision shall apply to applications received after the effective date of revision.
4.3 Shareholder & Partner Status
Upon successful completion of membership formalities, the member becomes a shareholder and partner of the Company in proportion to the share value paid. Members agree to share responsibility for the lawful growth and development of the Company.
4.4 Probation Period (Three Months)
Every new member shall be on probation for a period of three (3) months from the date of approval of membership. During this probation period, the member is required to comply with the following conditions:
- Provide at least one surveying or measurement assignment to the Company.
- Rent the Company's equipment for at least one day.
- Carry out at least one day of surveying or measurement work using the Company's equipment.
- Undertake at least one technical task related to surveying or measurement.
- Collect or compile documents related to at least one surveying or measurement assignment.
- Abide by the Company's rules and regulations at all times, and not engage in any activity contrary to the interests of the Company.
- Not engage in or promote any defamatory, misleading or negative publicity against the Company, its officers, employees, members or services.
4.5 Termination during Probation
If a member fails to comply with the rules in Clause 4.4 within the three-month probation period, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the membership. In such a case, the share value of ₹1,000.00 shall be refunded to the member through the original payment method within seven to ten (7–10) business days. The cancelled member shall not be entitled to any dividend, profit share, or any other benefit from the Company.
4.6 Conduct of Members
Members shall conduct themselves with integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times. Any breach of the Company's rules, defamation of the Company, fraudulent activity, or activity prejudicial to the Company's interests shall be grounds for immediate termination of membership, with or without refund at the Company's sole discretion, and shall not preclude the Company from pursuing legal remedies available under law.
5. Services and Bookings
5.1 Service Description
The services offered through the Website, including but not limited to surveying, consultancy, equipment rental and training courses, are described on the respective pages of the Website along with their applicable fees. The Company endeavours to ensure that all information is accurate, but does not warrant that the information is free from errors or omissions.
5.2 Booking and Acceptance
A booking is treated as confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (where applicable) and explicit confirmation from the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or operational constraints. In such cases, any amount received shall be refunded in full.
5.3 Equipment Hire
The Company's surveying equipment is offered for hire on a per-day or per-plan basis as listed on the Website. Equipment hire is generally restricted to members in good standing. Members hiring equipment shall be responsible for safe handling, timely return, and any damage caused other than ordinary wear and tear.
5.4 Training Courses
Course content, schedule, mode of delivery (online, offline or hybrid), instructor and certification details are published on the Website. The Company reserves the right to reschedule, reformat or cancel a course in response to operational, regulatory or unforeseen circumstances, in which case the affected enrolment fee shall be refunded as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Payments
All payments to the Company are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), a Reserve Bank of India authorised payment aggregator. The Company does not store any debit card, credit card, UPI or net-banking details on its servers. By making a payment, you also agree to be bound by Razorpay's terms and conditions and privacy policy as published at www.razorpay.com.
All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Any taxes, levies or charges imposed by the Government of India on the transaction shall be borne by the User unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, documents, the KLS Advisory name, the KLS Advisory logo, course material, surveys, drawings and reports — is the exclusive property of KLS Advisory Services LLP or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, transmit or commercially exploit any such content without prior written permission of the Company.
9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, and specifically not to:
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the database, or any other user's account.
- Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to extract data from the Website.
- Upload any virus, malware or harmful code.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Engage in activities that violate the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses. While the Company exercises reasonable professional care in delivering surveying and consultancy services, the User acknowledges that survey results and reports are based on the data available at the time of the survey and the instruments used.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its partners, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business opportunity or goodwill — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any service. In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the cause of action.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its partners, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
13. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Website, you consent to such collection, use, storage and disclosure.
14. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, products or services (such as Razorpay, OpenStreetMap, Google Workspace, etc.). The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or business practices of any third party. You access third-party links at your own risk.
15. Termination
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and your membership account, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary in the interest of the Company.
16. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government action, labour disputes, pandemics, power failures or failure of telecommunications infrastructure.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Davanagere, Karnataka, India.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
